Mary Beth "Missy" Warren Johnson

Mary Beth “Missy” Warren Johnson, age 39 years, passed away after a tragic accident Sunday, April 29, 2012. She was a woman who loved life and lived it with a passion. She was a loving and wonderful mother to her three daughters, Hannah, Aymie, and Ali and a tremendous wife and best friend to her husband, Russell. A Celebration of her life will be held Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 11AM at Calvary Baptist Church, Greenbrier, TN with her big brother, Alan Warren & cousin Jon Atchley leading the Celebration. She was born in Nashville, TN on May 28, 1972 to Danny Ray Warren and Paulette Krisle Warren Burroughs. She lost her father at about 11 years old. She was lovingly raised by her step-father, Tommy Burroughs. Mary Beth excelled at all she did. She was runner-up in the “Little Miss World” contest. She and her brother, Alan, were in many commercials together. She went to Greenbrier High School where she played Girl’s Softball, was a cheerleader, and was voted the Senior Class, “Best Looking”. She was past owner of Mane Attractions where she was a hairdresser for 22 plus years. Most recently she worked at Cameron’s where she had many faithful and loyal customers. She loved scrapbooking, the outdoors, Kiss music and hanging out at the pool, but most of all her focus and the most important thing in her life were her daughters and her husband...her family. She was the Assistant coach of the Thunderbolts Softball Team in Greenbrier and had a passion for all sports. She was a huge Titans fan. She was a member of Cornerstone Church. She is survived by the love of her life, Russell Johnson, Greenbrier, TN; adored and cherished daughters, Hannah Elizabeth Burnette, Aymie Renae Burnette, Ali Beth Johnson, all of Greenbrier, TN; mother and step-father, Paulette Krisle Warren Burroughs and Tommy Burroughs, Madison, TN; brother & sister-in-law, Alan & Jennifer Warren, Mt. Juliet, TN; loved nephew Chase Warren and many loving Aunts, Uncles & Cousins. A time of visitation with her family and friends will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 from 3-9PM and on Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 10-11AM the time of the service. Interment will follow the service at the Oakland Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
