Joyce Marie Lefevers Renfro, age 78 years, of Goodlettsville, TN passed away at her residence on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Davidson County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Benjamin Houston Lefevers and Florence Simmons Lefevers. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by sister, Katherine Rogers and grandson, Benjamin Keith Renfro. She loved to go camping & fishing, riding horses, especially on a trail ride. She was a member of Ivy Point Church of Christ. She loved her family and they were always a priority for her. A Celebration of her life will be held Friday, 12 Noon at Austin & Bell Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel with Bro. Jerry Carmichael officiating. She is survived by her husband of almost 61 years, James Renfro, Goodlettsville, TN; son, Keith (Kyla) Renfro, Portland, TN; daughter, Pam Smiley, Goodlettsville, TN; brothers, Benjamin Houston (Martha) Lefevers, Springfield, TN & George Lefevers, Gladeville, TN; sister, Wilma McKee, Christiana, TN; 2 grandchildren, Venisa Renfro & Heather Raccio; 3 great grandchildren, Jayden, Kenley & Aira. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 9, 2015, 4-8PM and on Friday prior to the service from 10-12PM. Final resting place will be at Ivy Point Cemetery on Greer Rd.
